We all face challenges every day. Whether they are at school, home, or work, they affect us and push us to find solutions. Challenges make us stronger and better people. Without a challenge, we would not learn how to persevere and overcome obstacles.

Imagine a world without challenges. Everyone would get whatever they wanted. They would just sit around all day and wait for things to be handed to them. There would be no satisfaction in life, and no accomplishment. It would be incredibly boring.

People who are able to overcome challenges are admired. They become role models and leaders. These are the people who inspire the rest of us to keep trying. By following their example we are able to live better and more fulfilling lives.

One of these people is Edward Slinin. When he was just a child, Edward Slinin began working to support his family. His parents moved the United States and had very little to call their own. Eduard Slinin worked as many odd jobs as he could to help them make ends meet. One of these job was as a limousine driver, and he discovered a passion for helping people get around the city.

A few years later he founded his own company. At first, Corporate Transportation Group was small with only one vehicle and just a few clients. Edward Slinin worked hard, though, and it grew into one of the most successful transportation services in the world. His company is now the go-to transportation service for professional athletes, politicians, and celebrities.

Slinin’s success is an inspiration to anyone trying to overcome an obstacle. His hard work and dedication took his company from its humble beginnings to where it is today. He overcame every challenge that got in his way and found his success.

Hybrid cars have been around for several years now, so it is no surprise when you pull up beside one at the stoplights. Typically, these cars are smaller in size than other vehicles. A new project is underway, however, to introduce larger hybrid vehicles. In fact, some of these vehicles are being designed for the shipping industry. It may be that we eventually see a hybrid eighteen-wheeler cruising the highway!

A diesel/electric hybrid would be the latest in clean energy technology and a huge leap forward for the hybrid industry. The transportation and shipping industry accounts for a huge amount of fuel consumption.

Leaders such as Edward Slinin in the transportation industry know the importance of joining the clean energy movement. These people have a huge impact on industry decisions. If they decide to go hybrid, then others will as well, and using hybrids in a business that depends on vehicles will make a huge impact on the environment.

Edward Slinin has been using hybrids for years. His company, Corporate Transportation Group, is one of the largest and most successful transportation services in the world. Edward Slinin operates in numerous countries and has fleets of hundreds of vehicles. By incorporated hybrid vehicles into his fleet, Edward Slinin is able to make a huge difference in the clean energy movement.

This difference will be even more pronounced when plans to engineer a diesel/electric hybrid reach completion. Hybrid shipping vehicles will immensely help to cut down on the consumption of fossil fuels.

In Europe, Norbert Dentressangle and Mitsubishi Electric Europe are teaming up to begin working on a diesel/electric hybrid. Introducing a new hybrid to the dedicated distribution fleet would significantly help to reduce carbon emissions.

It may be awhile yet before hybrid semi-trucks are cruising down the interstate, but a diesel hybrid is a step in the right direction. With more and more transportation and shipping companies working to take advantage of hybrid technology, there is sure to be a significant drop in the carbon footprint.

The best part about the Golden Globe Awards is not the nominations or the announcements as to who won the awards. It is not the clips, performances, or jokes. Rather, the best part about the Golden Globe Awards and any other awards show is seeing all the celebrities dressed up in their finest to stroll down the red carpet.

Many people on the A-List are not always on the red carpet, though. Edward Slinin is one such person. He prefers to stay behind the scenes and indulge in some people watching. Edward Slinin and many other people love to watch the awards shows for the colorful fashions and glamorous atmosphere.

Watching an awards show is like indulging in a fashion buffet. Seeing everyone dressed up in glittery gowns and daring new cuts can make any person want to head out for a night on the town. After watching all those celebrities strut their stuff, it is time to get yourself dressed up to show off yours.

A night out is the best way to show off. Put on your sexiest outfit, or shop for a new one to impress everyone that you see. There is nothing better for an ego boost or just for some fun than dressing up and going out for the night.

You can make your night even more incredible with the help of Eduard Slinin. Edward Slinin has poured his life into his Corporate Transportation Group. There is no better way to truly feel like a glamorous celebrity than to ride around town in a stylish rental. After all, the celebrities do not drive themselves to the awards. They step out of a limousine onto the red carpet and make an impression.

Enjoy feeling like a celebrity and getting a taste of a glamorous lifestyle. Whether you see an outfit on the red carpet that you want to emulate, or you have your very own fabulous wardrobe that you want to show off, a night on the town is the way to get out there and get noticed. Dress up and enjoy the attention of looking like a winner from the Golden Globes.

Concern about the environment has continued to grow over the past several years. Many people are making changes to their everyday lives that help reduce pollution or save energy. Whether it is remembering to sort the recycling or turn off the lights in an unoccupied room, little changes can add up to make a big difference.

Some people, though, are in a position to help the environment in a huge way. One such person is Edward Slinin. Edward Slinin operates Corporate Transportation Group. His position is uniquely suited to reducing fossil fuel emissions from vehicles, and he accomplishes this by keeping up to date with the newest environmentally friendly cars, including hybrids.

Edward Slinin found his passion for the transportation industry when he was a young man. After moving to the United States, he worked a variety of odd jobs to help his family. One of these jobs was as a limousine driver. He loved getting to know the people he was transporting and discovered an equal love for the industry, and so Edward Slinin founded his own transportation company.

Corporate Transportation Group began as a handful of vehicles and a handful of clients. Over the years, it has grown into one of the largest transportation companies in the world with hundreds of vehicles.

So many cars means that Corporate Transportation Group is the ideal organization to help reduce emissions. By using low emission cars or hybrid vehicles, Slinin’s company helps to make a huge reduction on the overall carbon footprint.

Concern about the state of the planet continues to grow, and it is important for people to realize that small changes can make a huge difference. Industry leaders such as Slinin make a big impact on the environment with their practices and policies. More importantly, they are the figureheads that other people take their cues from. It is imperative that they do what they can because they are setting the example.

If you live in the Tri State area, you are well aware of how much of a hassle car ownership can be. In any major metropolis through the U.S., there are always issues that you have to deal with if you want to own a car. Parking is expensive if you can find it at all, traffic can be a huge headache and gas prices are always going up. Sometimes these worries, and their respective expenses, really add up and make you realize that you can do without your own personal means of travel.

Most big cities offer public transportation in the form of buses, trains and subways that are widely accessible, safe and easy to use. The regular weekday schedules make it simply to get to and from your office during the week. Plus, there are also private companies that provide the car services and other travel options to fill in the gap for those times when public transportation just isn’t the best option. Corporate Transportation Group is a car service company founded by Edward Slinin for the purpose of addressing these needs.

For the most part, commuting to and from work in the NYC area is easy enough because of the subway system, buses and local commuter trains. These travel modes are reliable and straightforward for the Monday through Friday crowd, and simple for the occasional trip on a weekend. However, there are other times when you need to have a mode of transportation that is more geared towards your personal needs. For instance, it can be rough getting to and from LaGuardia or JFK airport with more bags than you can handle at one time. In addition, you don’t want to compromise your safety by using public transportation late at night. On these occasions, you want a trusted car service like CTG to securely get you to your destination.

Still, if these occasions are only once a month or so, you can’t justify the expense of having your own car just for the one time flexibility and convenience. Simply put, you want to get to the airport and back without having to deal with parking. While you can pack your baggage in your own car and maneuver through heavy traffic in your own vehicle, it really is worth it to have a driver. Edward Slinin and his CTG affiliates are there to meet these needs.

Anyone who has experienced even a very small amount of success in their life will tell you that it doesn’t come easy. Many people spend year after year chasing their dreams before achieving any sort of recognition or reward. While there are no guarantees in life, there are basic steps that can help a person to come out on top.

It doesn’t matter what it is you are shooting for, some basic principles apply to all aspects of life. Whether you are hoping to open your own candy shop or play jazz saxophone in Japan, the absolute most important step is believing in yourself completely. If you are not confident in your ability to succeed, then you won’t. The only thing that can truly stop you, is you.

If you know what you want, but don’t think that you have what it takes to make it happen, figure out what needs to change. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t identify it first. Is it a financial issue? Are you too shy? Do you not have a location? Are you not talented enough? Get to the root of what is holding you back, and then focus on changing it.

Once you have decided what it is that is standing in your way, you need to make up your mind to overcome it. Whether you need to take a class, talk to someone who you look up to, or do any number of things, the most important step is actually taking a step. Even if you only take a baby step, you are still moving forward. The path may be long but you can’t finish unless you start, right?

You will notice that once you give that snowball a push off the mountain, it will grow larger and larger. That initial first step is what will get the momentum going; it all gets easier from there! Once you have your set goal and you have decided on a means to reach it, there is nothing to hold you back. You may face hardships and failures along the way, but how you react and handle them is what will really make you succeed.

If you look at someone like Ed Slinin, who started the largest luxury transportation company in the country from the ground up, you can take inspiration from their story and try to replicate their passion, even if running a limousine company isn’t your particular cup of tea. Talk to people who have overcome the odds. Edward Slinin is one of many people who created their own success.

The bottom line is that if you don’t go for it, you won’t get it. You can’t rely on anyone else except your own self. If you have faith in yourself and take that first leap, you are capable of anything. Remember that even the greatest historical figures in the world are still only human.

The current fuel crisis on the east coast has many worried, but it could be just a matter of keeping one’s head above water for the short term in order to stay afloat in the long term. The U.S. is currently projected to take over Saudi Arabia as the world’s number one oil producer according to ‘msn money’. This transition will give the U.S. the upper hand in global energy which will have a huge impact on all transportation related industries. A huge fleet like that of Edward Slinin’s will undoubtedly benefit from a surge in domestic fuel.

On top of the forecast for becoming the world’s biggest oil producer, by 2015 the US will take over Russia in the production of natural gas according to International Energy Agency. The general surge in production ought to stimulate the American economy in what is the most important sector: energy. Ed Slinin and CTG should stand to gain especially if they continue to invest in alternative energy.

The fleet of Edward Slinin’s transportation company is about 15% hybrid at the moment which is more than some 175 Toyota Camry and Lexus sedans. The transition to alternative energy will make the companies revenue stream sustainable as it limits its fuel costs over the coming years while the US as a whole makes the transition to a prominent role in energy production.

With the future prospects of domestic energy and growth in the transportation sector, it is just a matter of Eddie Slinin to bide the current times in order to see more of a future payout. As a whole, the seasoned veteran in the industry is no newcomer to such challenges. As of 30 years ago, the US energy industry was coming off the crisis of the 1970s; in this exact moment, Edward Slinin started out. Now, with prospects of growth in the sector that feeds his own, there is no doubt as to whether his CTG will continue to profit in the future.

Do you ever wonder what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur? Why do some business models succeed where others fail? Some believe there are certain characteristics most – if not all – successful business men and women share. Many successful entrepreneurs, such as Edward Slinin, come from very humble beginnings, working their way up to building and running their own business empires. Through hard work, foresight, dedication, and a passionate belief in one’s own abilities, many entrepreneurs have risen to the top of their respective business trees.

The world of business can be extremely cut-throat and difficult to get your foot in the door. It takes a great deal of focus, fortitude, and clear goals and an endgame, to make it in the business world. Successful entrepreneurs must also possess a driven personality and be risk-takers. But it also requires a long-term vision, the ability to stay grounded, and the ability to have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Take Edward Slinin, for instance. A Russian immigrant who risked everything for the promise of the American Dream and built a limousine company, which today holds the largest fleet of luxury vehicles in the world. His success did not come about as a result of a lucky lottery win nor did he inherit his wealth. His success, like that of so many others at the top of their careers, involves guts, brains, hard work, and a little luck too.

Making it to the top also requires that you not rest on your laurels, and be able to delegate when necessary. When opportunities arise, top entrepreneurs are able to seize the moment and expand or branch out into other areas. Being hands-on and knowing your business inside out is smart, but successful businessmen know they have to be able to delegate to those they trust in order to grow.

Sheer hard work, dedication, and doing something you love all have contributed to Ed Slinin’s success, as well as the rise of many other businessmen and women who began their journey with a dream and a can-do attitude. Top businessmen also know how to invest well and be business savvy. Ultimately, those who make it big seem to share a number of factors: an appreciation of their humble roots, be self-motivated, have some smarts, a bit of luck, good planning, and effective implementation. You must also be driven and dedicated.

Whether it’s Bill Gates, Donald Trump, or Edward Slinin, successful entrepreneurs know their business inside out, work tirelessly to achieve their goals, believe in their vision and in their own capabilities, have unyielding dedication to what they do, and have an uncanny ability to think outside the box. Successful businesses and the men and women who run their operations are true innovators and risk-takers, who are focused on making their vision a reality.

If you are visiting a new city, planning ahead is absolutely essential. If you don’t want to blow your whole vacation budget in one day, you may want to strongly consider doing some research. Far too often, unsuspecting tourists end up spending far more money than they expected, simply because they didn’t plan properly. There are plenty of ways to save money, while still having a whole lot of fun.

One of the best ways to find out about the best bang for your buck is to talk to a local, or read the opinions of an unbiased person who lives in the area. The internet can be a powerful tool for accomplishing this, as long as you are looking in the right places. Reading local blogs, reviews on Yelp, and other message boards pertaining to the area will give you a good idea of what to expect and what to look forward to, as well as what to avoid.

One of the most expensive aspects of any trip can be lodging. There are many ways to cut down on costs if you are not going to be able to stay with friends or family. You may want to use an online service that will find the lowest rates in town for hotels. Many of the same websites that book airplane flights will also give you results for local hotels. This can make planning substantially easier.

Another option is to find a website like couchsurfing.com where people put profiles online and than offer you a place to stay at incredibly low prices, or even free. This option may not be appealing for everyone, but if you feel like meeting some new people and saving some money, that can be an interesting way to cut down on vacation expenditures significantly.

Another crucial factor in staying below budget is transportation. If you are traveling with a group, the cost of taking a taxi around or renting multiple cars can be quite overwhelming. Many large groups find that if they all pitch in to rent one large limousine, they are able to travel comfortably together. This makes getting around so much easier, and it is also a much more fun way to see a new place.

Companies like Corporate Transportation group, owned by Edward Slinin, offer low rates for luxury vehicles. When you factor in gas prices, parking, rental fees and more, it actually makes quite a bit of sense to just enjoy a luxurious limousine ride. Even if you have 30-40 people, a wedding party for instance, you can just enjoy cruising around town in a stunning party bus!

Traveling is a wonderful way to experience new things, but it can make a serious dent in your bank account if you are not careful. Consider these tips next time you are heading out of town and you should be able to save yourself some money. Do your research beforehand so that you are never surprised about unforeseen costs.

Remember the old days of executive business travel? You would be picked up at the office or home in a stretch limo, then taken to the helipad for the trip to the airport for your flight. In the air, you’re either treated to champagne in a first class recliner or a quick hop on the glamorous corporate Lear jet. Once you land, the helicopter takes you to that big meeting or to corporate headquarters. But that was the 1990s.

Gone are the days of corporate excess and splurging on high profile treatment for executives traveling for meetings and other company events. In this economy, corporations are spending money responsibly with an eye on the bottom line more than ever. With this goal in mind, companies are looking for more affordable transportation options for their executives and clients. Businesses need to be accountable about travel expenditures without sacrificing quality.

One company that exemplifies this concept is Edward Slinin through his grown from the ground up business, Corporate Transportation Group. From one car in 1982 to over 1400 vehicles presently, this is a man who understands that frugality is wise, but not at the expense of quality. He has embraced the need for superior, affordable transportation.

Edward Slinin has primed CTG over the years to provide car service and serve the transportation needs for thousands of clients in over 450 cities nationwide and globally. He has acquired – through blood, sweat and tears – a fleet of town cars, limousines, vans and large buses to serve every need of CTG’s valued clients.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Edward Slinin has strived to improve upon his company’s excellent customer service. He has recognized that it is essential for a company to be dynamic and always make time for communication with clients. Now, CTG is one of the first transportation companies of its size to feature hybrid vehicles and incorporate “green” business policies.

The business model that Edward Slinin developed and employed to make CTG successful as a start up continues today. By utilizing professional, expert drivers on an independent contractor basis, he was able to accomplish two goals. First, Mr. Slinin has made CTG a household name throughout the world. Second, he has drawn together a group of contractors who are equally devoted to serving the transportation needs of valued clients.

As an immigrant from Russia himself, Edward Slinin recognizes and continues to support the interests of people from all over the world. He began CTG with a dream and hearty ambition, and is able to pass it on through his network of independent contractors. Mr. Slinin engages in a stringent selection process to ensure that his affiliates are as dedicated and hard working as he was as a determined immigrant bent on achieving the American Dream.
