Slinin Edward is a successful man that the youth of today should look to for inspiration. He came to the United States as a child. He began working to help his family pay the bills at a very young age. It was during these early work experiences that his love for cars, transportation and driving began.

Today he owns a large company called Corporate Transportation Group. He got the idea for this business while working as a limo driver. This was a big dream for a limo driver, but he stuck with it and made it happen for himself. Mr. Slinin began his business as a young man in 1983 with just a single car and one driver – himself. Ss he gained clients, he added more cars and drivers.

Corporate Transportation Group is now one of the largest transportation companies in New York City. They own over 1,300 cars. Their client list includes celebrities and political figures.

In 1997, Slinin Edward was proud to learn that Corporate Transportation Group was being acknowledged as one of the top 10 job creators in New York City. They were awarded the “Bridge for Success” recognition from JP Morgan bank in honor of the accomplishment. For someone like Mr. Slinin who has long valued the importance of a strong work ethic and dependable job, being able to provide opportunities for others to pursue their dreams and achieve financial stability is a huge personal achievement.

The recognition didn’t stop there. In 1998, the very next year, Eduard Slinin was amazed and thrilled to be awarded the “Best of the Best” nod by New York Magazine. This was in honor of Corporate Transportation Group’s incredible customer service record. The magazine was particularly impressed that they handled individual and small company accounts with the same honest, respect and courtesy as their largest corporate accounts. The company continues providing top notch customer service to this day.

In 2006, Slinin Edward was presented with the “American Business Millennium Addition Award” by Who’s Who. This award was given based on his accomplishments and innovations in the world of transportation in New York City. He continues to be proud to be a business owner in the city that inspired his dreams as a young boy. He gives back whenever possible. He provided transportation to victims and rescue workers after the World Trade Center attacks and following the plane crash at the Hudson River.

Those who know Eduard Slinin will tell you that in addition to being an excellent business man, he’s all around a nice, great person. He hasn’t forgotten his humble beginnings or the amount of hard work it took him to get to the top. He is proof that success is obtainable. Not many would have guessed that Edward Slinin would grow his company from one car to over a thousand, but he did.
